However, We understand that you may not always be satisfied with our products whether it’s the fitting or the style and buying online is always that much harder since you can’t try items on. We aim to make your journey as easy as possible. if the ordered product does not meet the expectation or arrives damaged, you can initiate the return process:

FREE UK RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We are now offering free UK returns and exchange to customers within 14 days provided the item are unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return item for a refund or exchange the item you have to fill out the return slip form below this page so we can process your return request quickly and correctly.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you want to return an item for a refund or exchange please look into following steps below:

1- Email us at contact@cavanileather.co.uk including your: Name, Order number and Reason for Exchange/Return.

2- We will then send you prepaid-shipping label as this will be attach to your package when you will return an item.

3- Fill out the return slip below this page and put that in your package so that we can process your return request quickly and correctly.

4- For UK only you will take the package to your local post office and post the item back.
Once we receive your parcel please allow us 1 to 5 working days to process your Exchange/Return

Kindly Note: We only provide Free Return or Exchange with Royal Mail, if you want to choose other courier service then it will be buyers responsibilty to send us the item back.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only provide FREE international shipping for our international customers as we do not provide postage shipping labels for returns or exchange;
therefore For International Orders only customers will be responsible for costs to return the item.
