2. Can I make a change after I’ve placed my order?
Changes on orders can only be made as long as your item is not shipped please contact our customer service to confirm your order's status

3. Do you ship orders Internationally?
Yes we do ship orders worldwide with our Tracked and Signed Service. We use our shipping partners Royal Mail and DPD.

To ensure your order is secure and privacy is protected, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that provides end to end encryption. We use the service of PayPal to receive your payments that are highly secure and reliable.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
UK orders are delivered within 2-3 Working days after item being dispatched as you will receive confirmation through an email when item will be dispatched from our UK Warehouse.
International orders are delivered within 5-7 Working days after item being dispatched as you will receive confirmation through an email when item will be dispatched from our UK Warehouse.
NOTE: In case it takes longer than the estimated date, contact our customer service, and we will be happy to assist.

9. Can I Exchange For A Different Item?
Customers will receive an invoice with their parcel with which they should provide details of whether they would like to return or exchange an item. If you wish to exchange an item, then please list the name and item number of the item you wish to exchange with on the invoice when you send the item back to us. We will then send your requested item on receipt of the item you have sent back to us to be exchanged.
